FINALIDAD

Los datos personales proporcionados tienen como finalidad su uso para envío de información de carácter administrativa, técnica, organizativa y/o comercial sobre nuestros productos y servicios y se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación comercial con el interesado y no se solicite supresión por el mismo, sin perjuicio de que por la legislación vigente puedan conservarse por más tiempo.

No se adoptarán decisiones automatizadas ni se elaborarán perfiles con sus datos.

LEGITIMACIÓN

Con la cumplimentación del presente formulario y la aceptación de la política de privacidad, usted otorga su consentimiento expreso para que sus datos puedan ser tratados por Enfasys Ingeniería S.L. para remitirle información de carácter administrativa, técnica, organizativa y/o comercial sobre nuestros productos y servicios.

Todos los campos que aparecen señalados con un asterisco en el presente formulario serán de obligada cumplimentación, de tal modo que la omisión de alguno de ellos podrá comportar la imposibilidad de que podamos atender su solicitud de información.

DESTINATARIOS

Los datos tratados pueden ser cedidos a:

  1. La Administración pública y sus diferentes organismos si los requiriesen por obligación legal. 
  2. Gestor del correo electrónico y alojamiento web .

No se elaboran perfiles ni se adoptan decisiones automatizadas.
